1. Service Overview
Onyu (hereinafter "the Service") is a Discord bot and web dashboard that provides voice channel activity tracking, AI-based analysis reports, newbie management, and inactive member classification for Discord servers.
2. Terms of Use
- A Discord account is required to use the Service
- Administrator permissions on the target server are required to invite the bot
- The web dashboard is accessible only to users with server management permissions (ADMINISTRATOR or MANAGE_GUILD)
- You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using the Service
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited.
- Automated mass requests to the bot or API (scraping, bot attacks, etc.)
- Exploiting vulnerabilities in the Service or unauthorized access to other users' data
- Using the bot for activities that violate Discord's Terms of Service
- Disrupting the normal operation of the Service
4. Service Changes and Termination
The operator may change or terminate part or all of the Service without prior notice. The operator is not responsible for data loss due to service interruption.
5. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or stability
- The operator is not responsible for service interruptions caused by failures of external services such as Discord API or Google Gemini API
- 100% accuracy of voice activity data is not guaranteed (some data may be missed due to network delays, bot restarts, etc.)
- The operator does not intervene in disputes between users
6. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated as needed, and changes will be announced within the Service. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service and remove the bot from your server.
